Tracey is a Director within A.B.A. BUSINESS Ltd, providing trusted partner support and advice to a variety of clients from both the private and public sectors nationally and internationally. Specialisms include strategic risk assessment and mitigation, project management, regulatory, commercial structure and market landscape advice to clients operating within the “modern economy” with a heavy reliance upon “Critical Infrastructure”.

She has led numerous digital infrastructure and transformational change procurement processes across divergent industrial sectors such as Construction (smart buildings and Smart Cities), Energy (smart grids, electricity, water, wind and gas and the interaction between utilities and telecommunication operators), Critical Infrastructure industries (hospitals, education, transport (rail) and emergency services).

Expertise in strategy definition & execution, new business development, and programme management (contract values from £150K – £5bn).
